I want to emphasise – I don’t label this a Tsunami book. I wrote a book about being human. About being a parent. About experience a crisis, about losing yourself and slowly finding yourself again.
It´s a book about all the different roles we have in life and how they are affected in some way. We are someone’s child, someone’s parent, someone’s wife or husband, friend, or sibling. And in the middle of everything – the longest relationship of them all – the one we have with ourselves. That’s what this book is all about.

Who am I?
